I had my wedding here and it was everything I was looking for!! Beautiful venue both inside and out! They offered everything I needed (tables, chairs, tablecloths, etc.). They even helped with setting up my own decorations so that they flowed well with everything else. The staff was very helpful and kind. They went above and beyond what I expected. From helping with the rehearsal to keeping things flowing the day of the wedding, I couldn't have asked for more.

My wife and i recently had our wedding at the Heritage House Bed and Breakfast and they did a tremendous job. The food was delicious and top notch. They were all very friendly and easy to approach and talk to about our needs. They had everything we needed (chairs, tables, etc.). Needless to say they did an awesome job and I would have my wedding there again if i could.

I was recently there for a wedding. The wedding was beautiful and the landscape were both beautiful. The staff was unfriendly to say the least and not accommodating at all. Their approach to service was very hands-off and when asked for additional bathroom toiletries for the restrooms during the wedding, it was handled as if they were being inconvenienced. One of the staff members commented in front of several guests that they hate doing weddings. Two of the their staff members were eating the wedding cake as they packed it away at the end if the night. Overall, they were very unprofessional and I would not choose this location for anything in the future.

Absolutely beautiful location inside and out. I had my wedding here and the emphasis placed on the smallest of details was wonderful. From matching silverware to my bouquet to coordinating all the favors and designated areas. Those who made the food and coordinated everything worked very hard and diligently to give me exactly what I had envisioned. I was very unsure of what I wanted served at the reception so they created a sensible and delectable menu that was great for a summer outdoor wedding. I brought a lot of my own decorations because I am crafty person, but anything that I had forgotten or left out was already there on hand for me to use! They have lovely accents for centerpieces, and beautiful flowers for archways. There is a deck that overlooks a great sky view. There is the option to have alcohol, which I opted out on. The venue is simply gorgeous and you can tell that the women working there were very skilled in what they were doing. Their ability to problem solve when problems arose was essential to my big day, and I am so thankful I had chosen the Heritage House as my wedding venue. I would recommend the heritage house for any event! You have the beauty and privacy of the country while being right in the city.

This B&B is obviously new to the wedding venue scene, and it shows. They were understaffed, unprepared, and obviously overwhelmed. I want to give some leeway, considering the weather did create a time crunch, but the majority of the negatives were completely avoidable. Some of the staff members were extremely rude and unprofessional to everyone (guests, wedding party, bride and groom). One staff member had the nerve to scold the 7 year old ring bearer for not pouring his ice in the sink before throwing away his cup. If you are willing to do a lot of the work yourself and are not concerned about professionalism, this place may be what you want. Otherwise, look elsewhere. They have potential to be a great venue, but first they need to learn to be prepared for the event, follow through on all things promised, and find more professional staff with better attitudes.
