Chris Sharon Water & Sewer Service

Mr. Sharon replaced our entire septic field about 6 months ago to the tune of over $7000.00. Now we're having the same problem and he will not answer our calls, texts, or messages. I hope he is more responsive to subpoenas.

Drains plugged/septic system not draining able to have system fixed in a couple hours. Great Service. Will call again if I have any issues with plumbing/septic system.

They were awesome! They came out the same day and drove out to my house (which is in the middle of no where) and took care of our septic tank that was overflowing. 10 out of 10 I would recommend. Very nice and professional. Edit to original review although they delivered very prompt and friendly service, They failed to let us know that the quoted price was going to change during the process they needed to use a tool that doubled the price of the quote. They did not mention this at all or ask us if that was ok. I don't agree with that practice at all.

He said that he would be at my home at 7AM, but showed up 30 minutes late without calling. He was at the house for less than 45 minutes. After 10 minutes of actually trying to clear the clogged sewer with his jet, he claimed that the sewer pipe in the street was collapsed. He charged me $500 and left. I had dug up the sewer line where it exits the house, he cut into it (without a permit) and left it that way. I then dug down to the sewer line at the street, found a clean out, and was able to clear the clog with a garden hose. If he had tried for a few more minutes with his jet, he would have cleared the clog. He was hoping to get me to have him do a much more costly job than was needed. I called him the next day to complain but got nowhere. Very dishonest!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Chris is NOT certified in Madison County. They redid my entire line - twice. Still not draining. Shows up late or not at all. Has his help do all the work. Stays on phone much of the time and not forthcoming when I had questions. They came and did the original drain lines in June 19. It had rained relentlessly and my septic filled up/backed into house the very first week of being in my new home. They came out right away and installed a new system that the previous owner graciously paid for. It has never worked properly after being paid $7000. Then finally agreed to come back but it took several months and me being rude to get him back. Installs a ton more lines UPHILL with the install of a pump. Guess what?! Still doesn't work. One year in and the system is seeping on the ground. I need to call an actual certified installer and have a 3 stage installed. He could have done that the first time but being the "expert" he was he didn't feel it was necessary. He also had no permits or inspections done. Stay far far away. He will not stand behind his work.
