Samantha,I am sorry for the poor service, it truly because we are working 85 to 95 hours a week. I know there is no good excuse. I have posted on Facebook and Google and our website people are suppose to put on our site. We are not taking no new clients at this time. Any one can check in with us to see if we have an opening due to a cancelation. We are 100% booked at least the next 45 days. I would have, I have given reviews like your to business that gave me poor to no service. We are a small business with me an my partner. We turn down on average 2-5 jobs a day. We could hire 4 people and work them 40 hours+ a week at $18 an hour. The business would clear around $40,000 to $45, 000 clear after all wages and expense are paid. Our goal has been since we started January 13, 2020 to hire crews of two. Our goal is 10 crews on the figure I gave that would net profit our business on average based on our average per home/business sales at todays rate. $112,000. The $18 an hour was offered by us trying to hire with 5 day paid vacation and 2 days sick pay with no doctor excuse after 30 days with a possible $1 on the hour raise. The option of health insurance with the business helping some but most would be covered by the employee. We are part of a large pool of small businesses with good rates, an dental plan 401k. In the past year we have had 3 people interviewed in person. We have no employees after offering that list. We have tried so many avenue's to hire with no one. The past 10 days I have contacted and begged staffing agency to contact me, working their people with the possibly hire them after 30 day full time. This is how these business work they find people like us workers. Not one has called me back, oh yeah 3 different agency between Lexington and Richmond. It is a disappointing process after a year begging people to help us. No one is and we hate to tell anyone "Sorry but we can't help you. I am going to work all night posting to explain to all that RJ Cleaning Service is not taking no new clients at this time. I am sorry for your treatment, but it was never our goal to make you feel unwanted. You do matter to us, we have seen the impact that this service provides families. The stories that have been told to us while tears run down their face , how our clean changed her life. And there is a story that matters in each home. We love doing our job, it is an honor to help our clients. Or I would not care about your review, the reason we care is we fail to help you. We work hard for our clients. That is why have have no time for any one new clients, the 20 recurring clients we have take up 97% of our scheduled times available. If we ever get some employees to help, but there is no help insight. If we ever can make it up to you let us know I will make sure we give you a good price and give you 20% OFF your first clean with us. You will have to show us a copy of this message and provide state issue ID to prove it is you. It maybe months to get you schedule so this offer doesn't expire. It can't be used with other offers and It is for one clean. Sorry for letting you down and hope some day we can make it up to you.

I wanted to thank you for calling us. There have been many things we have had to do since we started but helping you all was one of the best experiences. It was not the production it was the wonderful people we got to work around and with. Everyone was truly kind, and it was hard when it ended.
