When the loan program I was looking for was unavailable due to COVID, Alex was able to lock us in at a great rate for a conventional loan. Alex’s response time is amazing and he would even have updates for me before our agent did. I can’t imagine using anyone else to finance a home!!!

      image Alex and his team were great to work with for most of the process, and were very responsive and reassuring. However, we were told two hours before closing that we needed to pay off another loan to meet our debt to income ratio. We decided to move forward and gave Fairway a check including the payoff for the debt, only to find out two weeks later that the old loan had not been paid off within the 5-day window, and I was charged a fine for lateness. If I had not checked in, it seems like they may not have paid off the loan at all.
