        We found Owl Holl’er by a Google search after calling several places nearby and being told that it would take a year to get an appointment to have our beef processed. Although Owl Holl’er was over an hour from home, they worked us into their busy schedule after a cancellation and I’m so very glad they did! Their facility is exceptionally clean and we couldn’t be happier with the processing and packaging of our beef. The owners go above and beyond and are just good, honest, down to earth people. We will definitely use them from now on for all of our beef processing.
