Great experience !!! We brought our car for a repair quote after the front trim piece had been dislodged and the paint marred from contact with our garage door opening frame. After the staff gather the details and took photos, Mr Adams inspected the damage with repair quote in hand. That's when he took the car to their workroom and returned 10 minutes later with all repaired. He had refitted the trim piece and removed the paint smear.....and then declined my offer of some payment. How great is that. If you are looking for old fashion customer care go no place else. Good work,but very poor communication skills not professional at all are not friendly only more money hungry then fixing the car you have to keeping calling to find out wats going on with your vehicle no one ever calls you back they had my car for a month will not be returning here ever and I advice anyone else not to.go to Calvins Collision where there friendly and have your vehicle ready in a timely manner.4 thumbs down Services: Body & Trim, Painting

Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I came in with what I feared was paint scratched off of my truck I owned for only 8 months. Went to Adams to see if I needed to repaint it to prevent rust. After they inspected the marks, it turned out it was just paint exchange and they cleaned it off to look like new. Even told me that the front and roof of my truck was most likely repaired before I bought it because they could tell the difference between the new coat of paint versus the factory coat.
