The food was decent but they must reopen the dining room and take some of the pressure off of drive-thru that is 2 much for those kids

I wish I could say zero.There are not words for the horrific and disrespectful service I just encountered not to mention at least2 people, including "manager" not wearing masks. After waiting 20 mins at the pick up sign I called to make sure I was at the right location just to be disrespectfully spoken to telling me to go inside and hung up on. Called back and was told to go through the drive through (of which was I saw 1 car actually get their food out of the half a dozen plus in line, then hung up on, no answer the next 2 calls just to be spoken to the final time like I was insane to ask why I should have to wait another 20 plus mins for no reason. Then when I drove to the window (bypassing the line the 1 woman at the speaker also trying to call the restuarant) I was given many excuses and spoken to in a way I can honestly say I had never been before. one excuse was that they were short handed which my response was then why did I watch 3 of the ladies stand around leaning on the counter. then I had the window closed in my face. My food I had finally received was disgusting, ice cold and fries obviously were old as heck. Never will I go to this location again. I honestly have no words to truly describe the atrocious service and attitudes. Waste of time, and money.

They are always getting people's order wrong. And most of the time they have a bad attitude.
