Although customer service was OK and most issues were resolved, I had nothing but trouble with this company. They first delivered my dumpster to the wrong house and I was told it was a good thing I was able to locate where it was because if I hadn't they would have had to wait until someone called the number to report it. When it came time to pick up the dumpster, I emailed my contact on a Friday to pick up on the next Monday and he said that wouldn't be a problem. Monday the dumpster was still there so I emailed on Tuesday and Wednesday and got no response. Thursday rolled around so I called my contact and the dumpster was finally picked up that Friday. I kept my patience through all of that. Then, to top it all off, they overcharged my debit card for my services by $47.50 and charged an 18% EEC fee (which they do not mention at all while speaking to them, you have to pay attention to the quote) that should have been 12% according to the terms and conditions I signed prior to getting a quote. I will still be charged the 18% EEC Fee because according to them the quote that was updated is more binding than signing a contract. I understand people make mistakes, I myself make them all the time. However, this many mistakes for one service is too much.

Workbox was great to work with on the entire time on our project. Martin was great to work with, and the customer service was second to none. He made us feel like his biggest priority, and always made sure our needs were met even when it wasn't convenient for him or his scheduling.
