        Thai Shrimp dish, Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas and Redfish are my favorite. Used to live in Lafayette so familiar with most dishes. Purchased the Bison Bone Broth with infused apple cider vinegar and the wife liked it very much. I have an elderly mother in law that lives alone and the meals are perfect size with little trouble to heat up.
