EBRPSS Transportation Office

I would like to thank specifically Mrs Wisham, I have reached out to her throughout the years with concerns of child not being picked up or dropped off at the correct stop, Each time I've reached out to her to convey my concerns, she has always been professional, courteous and understanding. She has ALWAYS gotten the situation corrected!!!! I'm constantly requesting her whenever a situation arises as I am convinced that she will resolve it.

I finally got an employee with exceptional customer service skills. Mrs. Wisham was very knowledgeable & most of all nice and pleasant! I could hear her smile through the phone! The phone usually rings until it disconnects I got a call back within minutes, she was very professional & expressed genuine concern for my children. My faith has been restored in EBRs transportation department!!! Thanks again Mrs. Wisham for everything!!

This is the worst place to call to get info no one ever answers the phone and when they do they have an attitude about it. Umm hello you get paid to do a job why not just do it right?
