Over the years, in all my career fields my success relied upon identifying and meeting the goals and expectations of those I served, including my time serving our country in the Air Force.

This made my transition to real estate in 1999 a natural fit. When I agree to help a seller market their home, or a buyer find their dream home, we become equal partners in the process. My experience and expertise will guide you through each and every step with ease and the utmost care!

It has been our pleasure working with Ken. He had our home under contract within 24 hours of it being listed. Ken hired the best photographer to show the home in its best light. Ken is very professional and knows how to keep his sellers calm throughout the selling/buying process. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

Thanks. I understand how hard it can be to leave a home where you have lived for so many years. Eventhough I've done this for over 20 years, I'm still excited when my clients achieve their goals. I enjoyed collaborating on this team of sellers, puppy Mr. Magoo, and real estate agent. You both made it easy for us to work through every step of the process, from establishing a price, consulting the calendar to determine the target dates, negotiating solutions to some of the issues that arose and ultimately chosing the offer that was best for you.
