Every time my husband and I were out of town using no water, the bill was $40 to $50. We had a $75 deposit and paid our bill and they sent us not one bill, but two for the same place. Needless to say, we have no deposit returned, nor any explanation. If you try and call these people, you can leave all the messages you want, I have never received a return phone call. Sad excuse for doing business, not to return a customers call, nor answer the phone! Ever!!! This is a small pathetic water company, get real! So sad, they cheat their customers. I was one of them, I know! Folks that have to use them should enforce rules for this trash to follow, so they don't loose money like we did.
