        WORSE company would not recommend. Been with them for 3 years didnt miss a payment , paid my car off early and they refuse to do business with me again .

        I did a credit application at Luckmore and was discriminated against so I filed an CFPB complaint. They falsely claimed they offered a counteroffer on a government site and ask that I give them a call. I called and made a counteroffer that they agreed with but never called me back, I had to call them back several times. Was told today on 12/13/22 by the manger Steve, that he would call me back in 5 minutes after speaking to Adam the owner, he stated he would call me back rather he talked to Adam or not. Over 2 hours passed, I called back but Steve was on lunch so I called Adam, who was very upset that I filed an CFPB complaint, asking me why would I do that. Adam told me he does not want to do business with me because I filed an CFPB complaint. The unprofessional and rude nature at this company is horrible. They over-talked me and was irate at the fact I enforced my federal rights as a consumer. I was hung up on even after stating I was not done talking. Adam claimed to have three judgements against me, which is false. Federal law is BS, Adam said. Adam also stated I can complain to whoever I wanted to. If there was an option to give no stars I would choose that option. This whole ordeal is very stressful. Steve is at this location.

        I got approved through Luckmore for 3500 hundred dollars to buy a car. It wasnt enough to buy the car I wanted from value mart. So I found one at another dealership for 4500 dollars. The guy thats working with me (Rodney) is giving me the run around. Whenever I call to talk to him, he is always giving me different excuses. And he is not forthcoming about anything. I just need transportation to get back and forth to work. He is always smirking on the phone. I would not use this company for anything
