This is my brothers company. His name is Sidney Broussard. He has been in this business about 25 years. We lost our carport to a hurricane in 2020. We gave him a call for an estimate. He came out. But we had to call him twice to remind him. Then we waited a few weeks for estimate to turn into our insurance company. After we reached out to him for about month to month and half. We texted. We left voice messages. Over and over. I even called his adult daughter to see if he was maybe sick. She said he was fine. And that she would give him message. Nothing from him. That was in January 2021. Here we are in March
Nothing from him. We went another company and we have our carport up.
So just think twice before you hire my brother. Because if he treats his own sister like this..... well he is not a very nice person
