I did not receive what was agreed upon prior to moving all of my websites to this company for their managed hosting service. The customer service that I was promised did not exist. Eventually this company would not even return my phone calls, respond to my email requests or reply to the support ticket that I submitted on Go Technology's website. I was forced to migrate all of my websites to another hosting service so I could provide my customers with the type of service that they deserved.
I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau in hopes of solving this particular problem. I was informed by the Better Business Bureau that they made several attempts to contact Go Technology but they ignored all requests. Since Go Technology did not respond, the Better Business Bureau gave them a rating of "F" which is the lowest possible score that a business can receive.
I paid David Wynn, the owner of Go Technology, one year in advance for the service that I was told that I would receive. I was told by my credit card company that 90 days was the generally the maximum allowable time to dispute a charge against any company. Due to the circumstances involved and the evidence that I provided, I was able to secure a full refund from my credit card company after 9 months. I was informed that Go Technology never responded to any of my credit card company's inquiries. I have documentation from the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company that will support what I have just claimed.
In May of 2013 when I first contacted Go Technology, I was told by David Wynn that the address listed at 301 W Sallier St, in Lake Charles, LA was not occupied by Go Technology and that he was operating Go Technology out of his home in Sulphur, LA. I cannot recommend this company to any business that might be looking for a company that will provide them with quality service!
