Worst customer service EVER!!!! I called on a Saturday, because I had a plumbing emergency. It was forwarded to someone's cell phone. They kept ignoring the call. After 16 times calling, a woman finally answered and asked "HELLO!?" in a rude tone, then I explained what I needed. She asked "Which company are you calling for?" when I said I thought I was calling the number for Payless Plumbing, she then told me that there were two companies going to the same phone. We said either plumbing company would be fine. She said she would have someone call us, and then she hung up before we could say anything else. We waited several hours and called back. Again, after 12 times of ignoring the call she answered with "WHAT?!?". When I asked what was going on, if someone was coming out, she said no one was available until Monday. I asked why she didn't call back and let me know that, and she just hung up on me! I will never use them again!!! We used them at the Real Estate company I work for, now they have lost all of our business! I recommend using Bailey Plumbing!!! They came out and stayed out all night fixing our problem and charged us VERY little! They were also very respectful.
