My husband and I where looking at locations online finding just a few we liked we contacted the Office Manager Ms.Red . She went above and beyond to not only show the initial house we were looking at but she was patient and took time out of her day to show us several additional listings. She listened, was patient, and kind and was able to find us better places then we hoped for. As first time time going through a realtors office she simplified and explained all the technical aspects for us to understand. 10 out of 10 recommend talking with Red.

This real estate agency lacks communication and is unprofessional. My husband and I have been trying to look at one of their listings. Weve called several times to confirm the address, we were told there was a for sale sign out front to find it. We spoke to 3 different people all providing conflicting information and no one ever followed up with us. We drove down from Maryland to look at this property and never got to see it because no one knows how to follow up. I feel sorry for the seller because their agency just lost them a potential buyer.
