Bought my wife a gift certificate to Gail Stilwell Maids for her birthday - she loved it. The maid who came was wonderful. She did a great job and even did laundry! The bathrooms have never looked so good. We now have her on a biweekly basis. Happy wife Happy life! Guys you should all do this for your lady!

Great maid service I loved that they are dog friendly also. The lady I had cleaned my house like it has never been cleaned before. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Very prompt and professional.

The cleaning lady who services my house is awesome---she says she "loves to clean" which is so evident every time she comes. Dealing with Gail Stilwell Maids has been a comfort and I don't have to even think about housecleaning any more. I recommend this company to anyone.

Do NOT use this service!! The one star is only because my actual cleaner did an ok job, but not perfect. The customer service is horrible. I have been using this company every 2 to 3 weeks for over 6 months. I had a maid scheduled to come today. She was a no-show. I called the company and they said they did not have me on the schedule, which is ridiculous because they did not have me for any other day…I didn't write the date down incorrectly, they made a mistake in scheduling. I needed the service today before an event at my house and I boarded my dog for the day to give the maid better access. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Gail Stillwell herself called me back and the first thing she said to me was "if you want to continue using our service, you will not mention this ever again"! she repeated that to me several times, in a threatening manner, without an apology for their mistake…like it was my fault and like their are no other maids in New Orleans. Spare yourself the trouble!
