Rented their 26 passenger party bus. Prior to arrival the company provided the drivers name and cell phone number. He was on time, sound system was on point in the van, ac was cranked up keeping us all cool and it was clean!

We hired these guys to shuttle us around for a bar crawl. Pros: Fast response, professional, awesome driver, comfortable clean bus, decent rates, clear and easy to read rules, no funny business. Cons: somehow they screwed up my card info. Obviously it was on their end because they took the deposit out without an issue but to process the remaining payment I had to give my card info over the phone to a representative which I NEVER EVER am comfortable with doing. The representative even had an attitude because i asked her to prove who she was because I had never spoken with her before. The original guy I spoke with was awesome so HE is the reason I didn't take any stars away. Would i use them again? ABSOLUTELY %

Had them booked for a wedding and now can't get a response. Stole $225 deposit from me. Seems like the are permanently closed.

Do not EVER hire this company for anything!!!!! My sisters wedding was on Friday (July 3rd) and our sprinter van NEVER showed up!!! We had to scramble to get Uber's for 12 people to get to the wedding on time on a Friday afternoon at 5pm!!!! When we called (probably called 100 times) they NEVER answered!!!! I am telling you if you want someone reliable this company is NOT it. It is so worth going with another company if you are booking for a wedding. Seriously, don't hire this company.. you will regret it. Also, one of the bridesmaids hired this company to do her wedding in November and she is now going to cancel and go with another company that the Uber driver works for. Jokes on your Luxe. Do better.
