        Awesome store with real luggage for real travelers. Not the cheap-o stuff that will fall apart on you after a couple of trips. Great selection of travel accessories and leather as well. Love this store!

        I purchased a Briggs & Riley suitcase. On the very first time using it, the strap fell off. I returned the suitcase, clearly thinking they would swap it out for another one. Nope! I was told I would have to send it to Charleston, SC for repairs! On my nickel! Not what I'd call great customer service!
