The managers here are very unfair. I called them about AC troubles. When Im cooking in my home, the temps in my apartment get to 90 degrees. When I called the property about it, PAIGE told me that thats just how things are and that theres nothing they can do about it. I stopped cooking 6 hours ago and my apartment is still over 80 degrees, and its night time. If youre thinking about renting from them, please reconsider. The summers here are miserable because they fail to provide basic amenities like AC.

Rude, lazy staff. I live in first lake and this place doesn't compare to a lot of the other properties they own. Never anyone there to show units. I wish I could stay where I am currently, but unfortunately there's no two bed so I was going to try to stay at another first lake property. No wonder this place is trashed so bad on social media

Leasing agent Melody has a rude attitude. You ask her valid questions and she gives you an attitude. Theyre no help at all. You go in the office the maintenance people are lounging around sitting in the chairs doing nothing. I walk in the office they look at me like Im intruding. Then they dont even get up for you to sit down so you can speak with them. The apartment is fine havent really had any issues besides the attitude of the people working there.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT MOVE HERE !! I have experienced a molded bathroom, insufficient air/heat circulation, raccoons and stray animals blocking the walkways, fleas, mice in my apartment and traveling through the walls, severe leaks, electrical issues, a building fire, faulty appliances, maintenance being in and out of my apartment without notice, beyond rude staff that get an attitude when you have to constantly remind them of the needed repairs & MORE !!! TURTLE CREEK IS THE WORST, 0/10 WONT RECOMMEND!!!

The gates are not working, so there goes your security. The buildings have mold on the outsides. Many residents complain about the living conditions and little to no help from the front office albeit I have been lucky enough to not have had any serious issues. I do have to fix things on my own because usually putting in a ticket to get minor things done mean they wont get done. I as well as many residents opt to just doing our own maintenance and repairs unless its a major one. One resident has had their apartment flood several time from a unit above them. Some of the residents just empty their car trash in the parking lot so the parking lot looks bad. They even have issues stolen vehicles being left there since the parking lot gates are always open. Its a good nice little place but it needs a lot of work and its just getting worse.
