It took them about 9-10 months to get my dad's death certificate. My sister called several times to get help to correct his death certificate. When she finally got someone on the phone, he kept talking over her and was not answering any of her questions (she was speaking to the owner.) He gave her attitude as well. She got upset and he told her he was not going to fix it and even threatened to throw it away if she sent it back and then hung up on her. I called to see if I could ask one question about the address. He started to mistreat me (I was speaking to him calmly and respectful)and speaking over me. He even told me look miss sister, I'm not going to fix the death certificate. And he proceeded to yell at me instead of speaking like a civil person. I was not able to ask my question so I hung up. I do not need to be mistreated by the owner of this awful place. All they care about is money. And sadly paid for this awful service. All he could have just told me where to get the death certificate ammended. We had to call another funeral home for help and they gave us the information we needed to correct the certificate, they were every helpful and sweet. And I know he will say something completely different when he responds to this review.

Very organized and professional. They helped me with every step of the way with things I did not know and needed to know. They are an extended family who supports you through the difficult time youre going through. They are very kind and respectful of your needs and wishes. I recommend them to everyone who wants to feel connected to whom their doing business with. Thank you all for your support through this difficult time for me.
