From the moment I called to book my appointment through the end of our first cleaning we have had the greatest experience with this company! The lady arrived on time, was efficient and very thorough! Excellent attention to detail. Great job guys!

I cannot recommend Maids in New Orleans. I paid for “deep cleaning” but got a basic clean, in my opinion. The following are some of my concerns: 1. Only 1 person came and tried to complete a deep cleaning in 2 hours. She only wiped baseboards where they were visible. 2 she did not dust all my furniture, blinds, floors. 3. She didn’t dust my hard wood floors under the beds even after I removed all storage from under the beds. She finally did so when I pointed this out to her. 4. She did not dust bookshelves completely. 5. The mop she used to wipe the floors did not pick up the dust and left the floors sticky. It took me 7 hrs to complete an actual “deep cleaning “ over a 2 day period starting the next day. This was difficult as I am 73 years old. Service: Deep clean
