I asked this company to come out to determine whether a busted pipe in my front yard was in fact the septic line and how it should be addressed. The owner came when I was not home and left an invoice for his service charge (which I had agreed up front to pay). He did make a call to environmental health to relay his findings and stated to me by phone that I need further work which could run a much as $2,000, $2,500 or even more). However, when I asked for him to come back out to my house to show me in person what needs to be done (offering to meet when his schedule allowed) he REFUSED. His "opinion" contradicted that of another septic company and a civil/structural engineer, as well as a contractor, all of whom said this is definitely NOT my septic line and even dug it up, reflecting it apparently seems to be an (ineffective) drainage pipe, and that my septic line runs out to the back of the property. The only positive comment I have is that they do return phone calls. But I would not recommend their services and refusal to follow up.
