I do not how the sales process would go never made it that far. But I am tired of unprofessional people. When you choose a option from the website to be contacted no one reaches out. If you say you wanted to receive a trade estimate you are told we would have to see it. Then without even entering the Vin to give a estimate they decide to shoot $1000 of the top of there head when bluebook and blackbook says it ranges from 2500 to 3000 depending on the looks. I just wanted a fair estimate to see how much negative equity I would have to try and purchase a tahoe they have listed. I am big on customer service and this just was a pleasant exchange for me. They do have nice looking vehicles would have loved to purchase the tahoe. I gave a 3 star instead of a 1 only because I didnt get to experience anything else.

Ive been looking for jeeps for a while. I found one at CommercialVehicleSales.com that I loved. I called them for details. They were great in answering questions to make sure this jeep was exactly what I was looking for. And they have their vehicles inspected before putting them on the lot! I made the hour drive, tested the jeep, and knew I wanted it! They made every step of the jeep buying process easy and stress-free. Id definitely recommend them! They were friendly, patient, honest, and efficient.
