This is not an honest chimmney repair company. The owner Neal took my deposit $1500 to get my custom shroud and cover made in September. I haven't heard from him since. He took advantage of desperate clients and made out like a thief/crook he is. Unlike the company's name, They Are Never There!

Neal did a great job repairing our brick chimney and cleaning it as well. He was very nice, professional, and informative. I would certainly recommend him and will call on his services in the future if needed.
