WasteHaul is an awesome company to deal with! Their pricing is fair handed and competitive, and the people are fantastic. Weve worked continuously with them over the past 7 years for cleanup and restoration work along the Comite River as well as several residential and commercial projects. When my friends house in Gonzales burned down, they were on the spot with containers ready during the demolition work, allowing the crews to work straight through. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. They will scam you with overage charges. I rented two dumpsters to haul of a torn down mobile home, just the part sitting on the frame as a scrapper removed all metal and Windows etc. This company charged 540 dollars of overage on my personal debit card without my authorization. I have filed an fraud report with the State of Louisiana. I will dispute the charge tomorrow at my bank. I signed nothing authorizing them to use my debit card. When she asked for my debit card number I questioned her as to why she needs that if I was paying cash. I paid cash to driver in the amount of 640 dollars per dumpster with each delivery. I repeatedly had to ask for a receipt as the driver did not give us one. Lady on phone said she emailed them to me..um no you emailed me overage bill. Finally after a second request i received the receipts. I ask for copies of the invoice from North Landfill in Baton Rouge, and she sent me snippets of them. I then ask for full copy of said invoices and it has been a week of no answer to any of my texts. Then I discovered the unauthorized charges to my personal account today. I have filed a fraud complaint with the State of Louisiana. Today after questioning further and getting photos of the tracking system they use to track trucks, the owner tells me the City parish dump never switched their clocks back for fall time change and thats why the time on my receipt don't match his tracking chart..I have now offered for Mr. Rue to credit my personal bank account the overdraft fees his company caused with the unauthorized charge. I am still waiting for a reply, so this can be resolved. To all consumers ..be sure to rent a dumpster from a company without overage charges..Flat fee only..Southern roll off does not charge overage charges..And I paid cash upon delivery of Dumpsters..in full. Overage charges were going to be cash also but they chose to use my debit card on file without even contacting me. I paid up front 640 dollars per dumpster. Had overage charges of 315 dollars on one dumpster and 225 dollars on one. .Remember no metal from trailer..In reality I paid $1820.00 dollars for what I could have gotten from Southern Roll off for less than $1500.00. I got a full credit from my bank. Service: Dumpster rental
