        Branch manager put a hold on a check even after they verify that the check was good and cleared the bank. Made me miss out on a planned trip and lost my 1500 deposit. Nobody cared and wouldn't even call me back

        I have been a long time customer of Iberia Bank in River Ridge, Louisiana and I would rate them a 10 for the excellent service I have always received!! All the employees in this location are wonderful and make certain their customers are satisfied with their services! One employee that stands out above all is Jackie! She is the hardest worker I have ever had the opportunity to meet and she exceeds excellence always giving over and above 110%!! The manager is extremely helpful as well as all of their employees! I highly recommend Iberia Bank. I've had excellent customer service at all their branches. I appreciate doing business with Iberia Bank!!
