        I purchased a steel front door from Lowe's. The person who was supposed to install it would not respond to my messages that the door had arrived (if I could, I'd award him ZERO stars). I contacted Lowe's and (although they are not the easiest to deal with - 2.5 stars) they dispatched Doors of New Orleans to take control. I could not be happier! Next time I need a door, I'll avoid Lowe's (and losers who don't honor verbal pre-arranged contracts) and go directly to Doors of New Orleans!
