        We switched to Tmobile 2 weeks ago and the promotions we were told were applied to our account weren’t actually applied. Therefore our bill was much higher than expected. We went in to the store to address the issue wondering if things would work out in our favor. Joe was very helpful and thorough making sure our concerns were addressed and that we got the deals we were promised initially. Would highly recommend!
