My husband and I were both pleased with his approach, being informative throughout the whole process, opinions when asked, knowledge of everything, his promptness, and most of all he delivered on the QUALITY of work that was promised to us! I think my pictures speaks for itself!

Mark is amazingly knowledgeable about construction in general. He has been in the business for decades. I have been alongside him on many catastrophes, like Hurricane Harvey, and watched him put people's lives together. I highly recommend him!

Beware that with free roof inspection and their offers to meet with insurance adjusters comes an assumption on their end that you are verbally committing to doing the work with them. They were polite initially as they were courting the job. They wanted me to sign a contract before I could get a breakdown of the cost. I asked for time since I was working with other contractors and had busy work week, however they still showed up and interrupted. I got the impression that they stopped by whenever they were in town because they're not from the Austin area and because they were eager to close on the job and get it scheduled. The moment I told them I needed more time and that I would entertain other bids, they became quite combative and insisted we had an agreement. I had the sales rep call me disrespectful for not going with them after they did their "free inspection" and being here with the adjuster. They claim no sales pressure, however they got upset when I didn't sign up immediately and wanted to consider others. All niceties and professionalism went out the door the moment they realized I was not going to do business with them. Update: Replying to Mr. Paez's response: With all due respect, get your story straight with Tito. The second time Tito stopped by to talk about the products and discuss the insurance's estimate, we met in my living room and he asked me to sign a contract to get going. At no point in our conversations we verbally agreed to anything. Tito came to us because a neighbor gave him our address because we were interested in getting quotes. I asked for time twice, and twice you ignored my requests and kept trying to push forward. After I asked for time the first time, Tito showed up in the middle of the day, while I had other contractors working inside the house. I got pulled from a work meeting to tend to Tito. The second time I asked for time you called me at 8pm while I was tending to my kids. I even told you it wasn't a good time but you pressed on. I never got offended, but that was the sign that this wasn't going to work out. It was you who seemed offended when I told you that I was going to wait and entertain other bids. To be honest, it was both Tito's and your reaction to not getting the job what prodded me to write this review. In all my years getting quotes for different services, this is the first time I have ever seen a contractor upset or call me disrespectful for wanting to compare quotes. I'm not out to make you out as villains, but if you want to get in an agreement with your customers, be upfront and transparent about it. Also, you won't get all of the jobs, so take it as a professional. P.S. That cake was delicious. I'm glad both of you enjoyed it.
