        Either too early or way too late. Bus is supposed to be here for 6:25 but she either gets here right at 6 or not until 6:30. I work and have to leave by 6:10. She also takes off before my child can even find her seat.

        They don’t answer the phone at all, they all need to be fired and get rid of the whole business . They are not doing they job at all no one should call multiple times and them not answer for 10 plus minutes each time
