Cyber Solutions

We have been working with Cyber Solutions for several years now. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. As we are several states away from them, they occasionally walk us through installing new components with careful detail. They keep us up to date with all our software and security, and help us when we have general questions. I saw a previous negative review, and myself have never gotten anything but the best treatment, so I'm skeptical about what kind of a client that person must have been, and how distorted their perceptions of reality are? Some people are never happy, but we have been very satisfied all the way around!

Although the performance was good and the service was adequate, the owner, Wes, was temperamental and unable to communicate effectively. I approached him in a professional manner with an issue that came up, treated him respectfully but was honest about my dissatisfaction. His reaction was to ignore my repeated attempts at communication and ultimately to terminate our business relationship. I found his behavior to be unprofessional and frankly, immature. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
