Not happy with these folks. Tech came to service system. After he left the water out of the faucet was like soap. Called office and was advised not to use the water for any purpose and would call the tech. Called the office a few hours later and got voice mail. Left another message and 10 days later am still waiting for a call back. Going to change the system to another company.

I called the emergency 24 hours line at 7:30 last night and it's not being monitored or responded to. No one ever called back. Ended up hiring a handy man for the work.
