I've never been a fan of Sears but I gave them a shot when I heard they were going out of Business in Augusta. My family and I went in to find some great deals on baby clothes and a couple of appliances. There store closing prices were terrible. I was able to find the same models they had marked down at other local retailers for much less. On top of that there baby close were marked down 30% off but yet I could get the same brands at TJ Maxx just down the way for much less.

HORRIBLE serve i call for over 20 minutes to ask a question befor i drove over there of coarse noone answered in that time so i ask for a different department where finally someone answered I asked my question and the reply I got was "come in tomorrow when theres more staff "..

Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE customer service! I called to enquire about an item and was hung up on without even a "Hello" multiple times. I'm taking my business else where I suggest you all do the same!
