      image Called Shane to repair a broken skylight. He had me send pictures and assured me that he would order the parts and take care of it in a timely manner. I never received a reply after that. Weeks passed and I sent several messages and left several voicemails. Nothing... This guy completely ghosted me and left me on the hook thinking he was going to do a repair for me before I got water damage inside my RV.
      I get that RV repair is busy during the season but if you agree you can do a repair and then can't even reply to a message after a month, I doubt the quality of repair would be any different. I would have even appreciate a call back saying you would be able to do it, instead of leading me along and wasting more of my time and risking damage to my rig.
      Don't waste you time with this guy.
