Strictly Formal

I am not happy with the service there at stricly formal.... I ordered 9 tux for my wedding and 3 came back and fit the guys right... First off the tux were ordered like 4 months ago and I was told they would be in Wednesday mind you my wedding was that weekend... So I am not happy that I now have the added stress of if they can get all the tux right in 1 day!!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone...

We had the most amazing experience with classic tuxedo. Leo in the Middleton office goes above and beyond! He was always available whenever we had questions and provided us with his opinions when needed. We were very impressed with the level of customer service we received and I highly recommend this company!

I hate to be a stinker, but I was VERY disappointed to go in just 2 days before my wedding and to only have ONE groomsmen walk out with his suit! Everyone else pretty much just went home with just their vest, tie and shoes; Everything else had been incorrectly measured - by several inches! Of course there is the "over-night" replacement service, but we were then told that WE had to call them the next day to see if the replacements actually came in/arrived on time - oh and for us to conveniently pick up after 4pm (which = Rehearsal Time!!!! Just what every stress ridden bride needs to add to her plate the day before the wedding, right?!) The shoes were not properly paired up; one foot would look brand new, and the other all scuffed and stretched out... The plastic teeth on the waistband adjusters were all shot to hell and the guys had to keep messing with them all night. It's just not what you need or want to deal with after putting your heart, sweat and tears into everything else for your wedding. I'd say the only thing going for the company is their pleasant attitudes, even when dealing with visibly unsatisfied/stressed customers. I highly suggest anyone just looking for a suit, to go to Macy's... your luck and quality will be much better!

The Tuxedos were okay. We had an extra day since our wedding was on Sunday so getting replacement garments picked up were no trouble. || We also purchased DJ, Photography and Videography from this company. The DJ played what we asked but refused requests from everyone even if they were on the behalf of the bride and groom. Otherwise played well. || Photographer was great and friendly but was missing his assistant. That means we only got half the photos we should have. Can't comment on quality of photos since they still are not available despite other weddings that same day being available now. Calling in they acknowledge that they're late but don't know why. || Videographer was nice but his camera was horrid. Low resolution, auto focus constantly readjusting, audio despicable and little to no editing on the the footage besides opening and closing credits and generic chapter markers every 10 minutes. || Overall not worth the $3000 I paid for the three services.
