Call me crazy but I decided to trade my 2018 Mustang GT in for 2021 F-150 XLT. Alexis and Chris helped me out through the process. Took a little longer than I thought but none the less they did the work. Even after signing all papers they are still helping with other items and making sure Im all set with the purchase. Nothing but hospitality and politeness listening to me yap. The team working with me stayed past their scheduled working time to make sure I was set.

Saturday I purchased a Ford Escape from Darlings from Craig! Craig and Autumn as well as the rest of the team are amazing and Im so thankful for their patience and wonderful customer service skills! Jeffrey Schencks makes me a priority and I just adore that man! He is what makes me come back. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years and he goes above and beyond to satisfy every customer. I feel spoiled when I go in for maintenance on my Flex and plan on continuing my car needs there. All the staff are very knowledgeable from the boys in the drive in to the service and parts dept. They never disappoint. Well done!

Hard to rate a dealership. The personal treatment is based on what they think of you. I should but don't have high expectations. They have nice selection of the usual being. Salesman was cordial and respectful. If your stopping Ford it's worth a look.
