I was having tooth pain and they got me right in. My Dr was great even though my tooth did not want to cooperate! Even though I hate having teeth pulled, I was made very comfortable! The staff was friendly and welcoming!

The appointment was for an cavity below the gum line. This was discovered in the summer of 2023
I was worried that they'd recommend a root canal. If that was the recommendation, I'd tell them to poll the tooth. Fortunately, Dr. De Oleo, was able to due a filling. She explained everything before she did it
Also, Jess, the hygienist was pleased. They thanked me for being able to keep the appointment. We are in the middle of a Nor Easter. A lot of business in the area stayed closed today. I'm glad they didn't close. I wanted to get it over with.

The manager went over the bill with me, there was a $300+ charge after my insurance was figured in. I asked her to explain it to me in lamens terms, cleaning, gum cleaning, and dentist work. She said I explained it to you 3 times, I said yah but I still don't understand the $300 charge ,you see my old dentist didn't charge anything for cleanings or for most dental work. She said she didn't want my business and I was escorted out of the office. She was prejudice against me because I was questioning the charge. I will be calling my dental insurance company and the BBB and report how I was treated and was refused to take me in as a patient . I believe this is a prejudice against an older person, I believe if I didn't questions the charges and just said OK, here's my money I would have been welcomed. Pure age discrimination because the manager couldn't explain the charges so I could understand!
