I would have given 5 stars but for the fact that they were out of stock of the item that I ordered online for in-store pickup was not available, so I had to settle for an alternate item which wasn't exactly what I wanted.

Was looking for a small roasting pan. Black enamel. With cover. Did not have them. Such a common thing and they don't sell them

Had to return a duplicate gift in Bangor. The clerk was friendly and polite. Plus then I found a few things I "needed", so a great visit!

There was product on carts blocking several aisles & less than half of the items I looked at had no prices, nor a price on the shelf. When questioned about this staff said I was welcome to do my own price checks by carrying the items to a price check machine. Lots of disarray & seemingly uninterested help/staff. Not going back.
