image After waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room staff finally called me in. I was seen by three different staff members performing test before I saw Dr Peters, they were pleasant. The appt was over 2 hrs total.
Dr. Peters came into the room for a total of maybe 10 mins. In that time he made me feel as though I was wasting his time. He was rude and didn't want to hear what I had to say. I had a brain tumor removed and he asked me why I was seeing the provider for follow up because the tumor was "only" a papilloma I was confused why he would ask that type of question like I wasn't worthy of follow up care incase a tumor reoccured
He told me that I didn't follow directions on a specific test so he couldn't have results on the testing. I couldn't even ask why his staff didn't redirect me if I was not looking in the right direction.
I asked about eyesight changes and he said I don't know my your age, a brain tumor or some sort of disease.
Dr. Peters was rude, arrogant and not helpful in the least bit. I'm glad he said I didn't have the problem I was referred to him to check, that was the only good outcome of the visit.
I will never go to this facility "Vision Care" again.
was originally sent to see him for but

image A very unpleasant over two hour experience with a pompous and angry doc, George Peters, who saw me for perhaps 2-3 minutes in two quick exams. He had not examined my records and was obviously not interested in finding a diagnosis. I questioned him re a medication and he became really angry and unkind. He had a very superior attitude and did not seem at all interested in providing information or support. It was a shattering experience being there and other staff not supportive or barely pleasant. One young man was pleasant but highly incompetent. He scratched his nose under his mask and then opened the bottle of drops and put his same fingers on the top of the container. He could not find my records which had been faxed to him. I called my wonderful optometrist who refaxed, but Peters did not bother to read them given what he said. He was mean when I asked him what was causing my loss of sight. Saying who knows, could be glaucoma, a blocked blood vessel, cholesterol, or a brain tumor. He sneered when he said the last as if he wanted to upset me with this. The purpose of the visit was to determine what might be going on. He repeated tests that I had just had. It seemed obvious he was there for the money and his egoic need for power. A most unpleasant and misogynistic man. Im almost 80 and was shaking and tearing up. He and the assistant were very unkind. What a horrid experience.
