EDIT: I was looking for a Spanish passport photo, so I went to Walgreens after, and the employee there was also a bit confused, but actually let me look at the computer software myself and together we figured out how to edit the photo dimensions.
Neither stores immediately knew how to solve my problem, but Staples didnt even have the competence to try to figure it out, nor let me help them with the (fairly simple) photo software.
