Have been with the bank for 30+ years and this years customers service is appalling causing myself and several others to take our banking elsewhere. It's really quite annoying.

Jessica Giles in the Brewer office is amazing! We weren't sure if our business would qualify for a PPP loan, but she took the time to meet with us and guided us through the entire process. She was incredibly responsive to questions and kept us updated on the status of the loan. Great experience!
