      image Your agent John Jagger who is a insurnace agent claims hes not in customer service business, he was very very rude and ignorant to clients, asking inappropriate questions that dont not pertain to the insurnace clients case ,making customers upset and cry . Everyone else in the office was helpful to there best ability till he came on the phone .
