I agree with others. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY> They never return my calls. I am calling Groupon to complain and the BBB also !!

After seven attempts - no shows, won't return calls or emails. I can't rate their ability to clean because unfortunately they don't show up. But I can rate their business and I recommending not getting discouraged and finding another cleaning company.

Purchased a cleaning package from groupon. I scheduled an appointment and even received a reminder. They never showed up and when we called the guy said that he would have to go home to check to see if we even had an appointment. He never called back or answered the phone. This company is clearly a scam!! I can not believe they have done this to so many people...

Similar complaints to other reviewers. I received a refund in the form of Groupon Bucks after several unsuccessful attempts at contacting this company via email, phone, and through their booking website. They did not show for an appointment we booked and have not returned any form of communication. I too expressed my dis-satisfaction with this company to Groupon. They should not be allowed to continue to offer their services.

Do not waste your time with this company.  They do not show up for scheduled appointments, and do not return phone calls or emails (even though we had already paid for their services through Groupon).  So upsetting and disappointing. I don't know how they stay in business.
