Prestige House Of Flowers

The flowers were not fresh when they finally arrived. I ordered a week ahead. I called at noon on the day they were supposed to be delivered because I was surprised the bouquet had not arrived yet. Was told they would be there with the hour or so. Then she started to tell me she just received the flowers and they had to be prepped and placed in the cooler for a while. Flowers finally arrived at 2:15pm. The recipient was delighted. I was horrified that the roses looked old and wrinkled. Not the business they used to be.

I wasnt home when they delivered my flowers so they came back later, I wasnt home again and he happily waited 10 minutes until I arrived so the flowers wouldnt freeze outside, even though I insisted he could leave them and Id be right home. The bouquet is absolutely beautiful and the customer service was fantastic. I did not know someone was sending me flowers and it all around made my day. If you are trying to cheer someone up, go here!

was coming in to buy flowers for a birthday present today. immediately after opening my car door, an employee comes outside and shouts across the parking lot that i needed to move my car and this parking lot was not for you. immediately left, was very rude and made me uncomfortable.

Prestige House of Flowers made an absolutely gorgeous corsage for my mom's 90th birthday party. It was carefully created exactly as I requested, and the owner even opened the shop at 9:30 on a Sunday morning so I could have it fresh and beautiful for the birthday celebration. Prestige went above and beyond to meet my floral needs, and I am so appreciative.
