It's really difficult to describe the how bad this place was. First, the price. $169.00. Second, the condition of the room. I will try to post pictures, but there was a hole (appeared to be from a fist) in the back of the door. The baseboard heat was rusted and the temperature in the room was 62 degrees and no way to control it. The dirt on the walls, doors and floor was unbelievable. There are plenty of good, quality hotels nearby. Try Cape Porpoise Motel or Kennebunkport Motor Lodge. They cost less and after our night there, I felt like it was a Hilton. Keep driving. You'd be better off sleeping in your car at the Walmart.

Cold ! Luke warm.water for shower , Thermostat as kept at 50

Very unfriendly staff. Treated poorly for having service dog (part blind). Would not recommend
