Blue Hill Cabinets did a wonderful job in renovating our kitchen.  The workmanship on the cabinets is excellent and considerably better than popular brands like Woodmode.  It was a pleasure working with Rick Sawyer.  He is a real professional.  He communicated with us on every aspect of the job so that there were no surprises.  We now have a beautiful kitchen that exceeded our expectations.

Blue Hill Cabinet and Woodwork literally improved the quality of my life. Recently retired from a long and active professional career, I moved to our familys home on coastal Maine in June. I downsized considerably, but the forever treasures I most wanted to keep were still too much to place in the Maine home. I called Rick Sawyer, who arrived promptly in the midst of my unpacking, moving boxes everywhere. He listened carefully to my plight. Soon, he was sketching a display/storage piece for my dining area and a large, but flexibly designed, bookcase in my study. His vision was infinitely better than mine. He returned promptly with final drawings, an estimate, and a timeline. Ricks partner, Chris Gray, was on site for the installation. It was a pleasure to watch this professional and talented team work together to finish the final details required for a perfect installation, despite the challenges of working in what is an older home. The finished products exceeded my expectations. The workmanship is of the highest quality. The new and beautiful built-in pieces complement my already furnished dwelling, and they make me feel 100 percent at home in the place I chose for my retirement years. Finally, they did all this on time and on budget!
