image *Update 3* Chris said he would repair the damages at no cost on November 13th, but never called. It is now over two months later. He told me the fluid in the baring or whatever could leak out into the brakes and cause a fire, so I don't even feel comfortable driving it. Had to cancel Christmas and Thanksgiving because of it.
I paid $1200 for new tires and brakes, and now my car is making a loud clicking noise. They said to bring it back and they will fix it, but it's STILL making the same noise. They implied that I would have to pay more money. HORRIBLE experience. I need whoever is in charge there to help me out. I did not pay $1200 to have my car permanently downgraded. I've been driving for over twenty years and lived in four different states, and have never had an experience with a mechanic like this.
UPDATE: Talked to Chris on the phone and he says he will take care of it, then come home to a response saying the complete opposite. This place will not take responsibility, as I said in my review. The noise did not occur you worked on the car. Nothing was ever said about an axel until today when I talked to Chris on the phone. Why did you give me an inspection sticker if there was a problem with the axel? Who is the person who wrote this review, and why are you telling me the opposite of what Chris told me less than two hours ago?
UPDATE 2: I talked to Chris on the phone after getting this response to my review. He said he believes me and he will take care of it. Will update after my appointment.

Thank you for your review, Aaron. As we explained, the "clicking" noise you are hearing is coming from the cv axle on your vehicle. It has nothing to do with your brakes or tires. The work we did on those components was done correctly, and they are working properly. Our manager, Chris explained this to you, and offered to complete the additional repairs. When you left the shop, it seemed that everything was fine, so we are very surprised by your comments now. We do apologize if there was any miscommunication on our part about this situation. If you would like us to complete the service to the cv axle, we will be happy to work with you on this. Please contact the shop directly or make an appointment on-line. Thank you.

image TLDR our car sat for a whole week the bad alternator was never tested.
They had our car for over a week. We dropped it off on a Monday and had an appointment scheduled for Thursday, because the check charging system light was on. We had just replaced the alternator and battery and were scratching our heads why it still wasn't working. We asked for them to do a double check to make sure we hadn't missed anything, and double check the alternator was working. After having to call and bug them about my car numerous times, and having to find a part for them because my car is an 06 and ford doesn't make that part anymore, they called and said "you should take it to the dealer, because it is in the wiring harness". We brought it home put the battery on a charger and went to the parts store near our house to have them test the alternator, it was bad. We finally had our car back the following Wednesday.
