Shockingly rude, incompetent staff and Dr Bossong can barely be bothered. Unprofessional. I'm glad I dodged this bullet. Many red flags. Something is seriously wrong at this office and I wouldn't put my health in their hands.

Do not come here! He's incredibly rough, even with children. My sister felt uncomfortable with it (obviously), so his response was to kick her out. What an absolute joke. He needs a career change

Who treats someone with autism like that and then tells them they arent allowed back? Good news my sister found someone better. If you want someone with a short fuse who wont take his time with you, this might be the right place for you! Otherwise steer clear. Go literally anywhere else in the area.

Dr Bossongs office is an organizational disaster in the way it treats MaineCare patients. Allegedly I was put on a "list" in July of 2023. Almost a year later I have received no contact from them, have no clue where I am on the list, and when I call to get some clarification, I am met with an administrator who says that she is not going to go through the binder to confirm that I am even on the list because it is too long. Is this appropriate and professional in today's medicine? They have a binder of handwritten names of people who require surgery and are in various levels of medical need with ZERO way nor inclination to manage it, no search by month when the name was recorded, name of the referring dentist, etc. Does this list exist? Does MaineCare know about this list? Why is it not digitalized? Wouldn't it be helpful in understanding the needs of Mainers to have actual records? Bossong's office is medieval and points to a broader government failure to not adequately manage and incentivize a functional medical system that treats all people with dignity and respect.
